How long are your contracts?
We don’t believe in locking clients into long-term commitments. All of our agreements are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to adjust or cancel services based on your needs.
Our goal is to earn your trust through results, not contracts. We focus on delivering value and a clear return on investment—so you’ll want to stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.
What's not included?
While our co-managed and managed IT services cover day-to-day support, monitoring, and system maintenance, certain items fall outside of our standard agreement. These typically include larger initiatives such as email migrations to Office 365, server-to-cloud transitions, office relocations, large-scale data migrations, and company-wide application rollouts.
We also don’t include physical cable runs or the cost of hardware and software. Any work that requires a defined scope, planning, and more than 8 hours to implement is considered a project. When those needs arise, we’ll provide a clear proposal and timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
Is it really unlimited support?
Yes—our support is truly unlimited. We don’t place hourly caps on maintenance, fixes, or day-to-day IT management. Whether an issue takes 1 hour or 100, we’re committed to seeing it through. We also include labor for new workstation setups, replacements, and network device installs—so your team stays productive without unexpected labor charges.
And when it comes to planning, we’re in your corner there too. Our vCIO (Virtual CIO) services include strategic sessions where we help you brainstorm, evaluate ideas, and offer guidance from a tech-forward perspective. You get hands-on help and high-level insight, all within the scope of your agreement.
Do you offer 24/7?
Yes, we do. While most of our standard agreements cover business hours—Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.—we also offer 24/7 support as an optional add-on for clients who need around-the-clock coverage.
This extended support ensures you're covered nights, weekends, and holidays—perfect for businesses with critical systems or off-hour operations. If 24/7 support is important to your team, we’ll build a custom plan that fits your schedule and risk tolerance.
Is on-site support included?
Yes—on-site support is fully included in our agreements. While we resolve the majority of issues remotely thanks to our efficient network setup, we’re always ready to show up in person when the situation calls for it.
Whether it’s troubleshooting hardware, deploying new equipment, or handling something hands-on, there are no extra fees or surprise charges. If it needs on-site attention, we’ve got you covered.
